Marketing Coordinator

HerStory is seeking a marketing coordinator who will manage all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok) and email marketing. We are looking for the right individual who shares a passion for the brand's mission and the fashion industry, as well as is up to date on current marketing and social trends in order to properly message HerStory's mission and platform. Additionally, creating engaging content, graphic design, copywriting, and strong organizational skills are equally as important to succeed in this role.

Marketing Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

• Create a social calendar each month based on company goals and marketing strategy

• Upload imagery/videos, write captions, and tag all social content in a scheduling tool

• Manage social accounts daily by engaging with followers, brand partners, influencers

• Frequently monitor Instagram for tagged content to repost, replying to DMs, etc.

• Create graphics in Canva for social, website, email, and events

• Source content from brand partners, photoshoots, influencers to repost

• Create content for social while in the HerStory gallery, traveling, etc.

• Capture and upload content to social at events

• Create email newsletters weekly in Klaviyo

• Curate collections, style guides, and edits for social and email strategy

• Manage Pinterest by creating pins and updating boards

• Manage TikTok by posting content that's relevant to the marketing strategy and current trends

• Assist with website content management

• Create marketing collateral for the Gallery and events


Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma

• College Bachelors Degree

• At least 1 year of social media management

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest

This role is hybrid in the DFW area that offers remote working as well as on-site collaboration at our Gallery in Fort Worth, TX each week.
